Our well-being service offers a low demand and casual weekly group where you can bring along an activity to enjoy or we provide something new to try.
Body doubling is a great way to focus, reduce anxiety and feel less isolated especially for ADHD people. Our group uses the concept of body doubling to try to break barriers that Autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergence encounter.
Bring along a small gaming device, play games on your phone, crochet, mindful colour, macrame, cross stitch…the choice is yours, all while chatting, socialising and spending time with people that you can relate to.
