Join us for our Walk and Talk

We welcome you to come along to our weekly walk and talk; our popular and friendly member-led group set up to offer peer support for neurodivergent people.

Our charity was created to give the voice back to those who are often spoken for. With that in mind we value your lived experience, your perspectives and your choices with this leading the approach we have with our services.

The walk and talk usually consists of a walk around the park followed by a chat in a nearby cafe. Facilitated by Dan and Lucy with peer support volunteers to offer relatable and honest support through our own lived experience.

We meet on Thursday mornings in the car park but anyone is welcome to meet a volunteer beforehand to help them feel more comfortable. For more information on becoming a member please contact info@teesvalleybuddies.co.uk or drop by our drop in’s on Monday afternoons.
