If you’re looking for a place you can belong, where you can spend time socialising without judgement or be able to be completely yourself, come along to our walk and talk.

Not sure about whether we will be the right fit for you? Our weekly walk and talk is the perfect group to get a feel for how we do things with no expectations, member led choices and an overall lovely atmosphere.

The group runs for 2 hours from 10:30am-12.30pm in Stewart Park, often including a gentle walk while we catch up, and a stop at a local café. On warmer days we may even have a sit outside and enjoy the views of the park.

Our walk is also a great opportunity for friends and family or local professionals to come along and hear the experiences of neurodivergent people especially in the Middlesbrough and Tees Valley areas.
